We want you to be thrilled with your microfiber and we’re very confident that you will be. However, if for some reason you aren’t, or even if you made a mistake when ordering, we want to make returning or exchanging your unused microfiber as easy as possible. There's no restocking fee for returns under $200, no return shipping charges for customers within the 48 contiguous US states, and no time limit for credit. You have a 60 day window from when the order ships for a cash refund, after 60 days the refund comes in the form of store credit. Custom products (including printed or property marked microfiber) are not returnable.
Few things are as frustrating as having to pay for return shipping. That’s why we offer free return shipping if you’re not 100% satisfied for customers in the contiguous 48 US states. We do not refund shipping charges for expedited shipping like Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or International.
Please note: Free returns are offered to our customers as courtesy. At our discretion, customers who regularly return products and/or abuse this program may be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

For that reason we don’t put a time limit on the return of unused microfiber. You can return any unused products in full pack quantities in their original packaging at any time. If your return is within 60 days of when the order shipped, we’ll refund all of your money. If it’s over 60 days we’ll give you store credit for the full amount in the form of a single use coupon code. Used products or less than full pack quantity returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Returns valued at $200 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges.
